As your integrated building partner, Haycon’s Construction Management addresses all project phases – from conception through completion. Design-assist, planning, pre-construction, construction, and close-out are all closely monitored and well managed. Fewer outside entities mean fewer hands-offs – and that means seamlessness on your project. Being integrated essentially means that we’re managing more components for you, reducing the need for unnecessary hand-offs and third-party involvement.
Permit applications, quality control, site inspections, budget control, RFI’s, contractor safety programs, insurance oversight, schedule management…there are many moving parts. That’s our job, and we’re good at it.
Our team includes Project Managers managing back-office aspects and Site Superintendents delivering safe, timely execution on the job site.
