It will be constructed with CLT/Mass Timber for greater safety, efficiency, and a reduced carbon footprint. It will include a host of energy efficient features and is designed to meet Passive House standards.
Completion date: November 22, 2022

Project Overview: This project will be an affordable 38-unit multifamily development in Chelsea that will restore a long-vacant and blighted parcel. It has been designed and will be built to Passive House standards. Among other energy-saving features, it will have an all-electric HVAC system and rooftop solar panels.

Project Overview: This will be a mixed-use multifamily development with 9 condo units and 1 commercial space located in the Egleston Square neighborhood.

TL:DR – Multifamily / Passive House
Project Overview: This project will be a 3-story, 18-unit mixed income, and mixed use building located in the heart of Hamilton’s downtown. It has been designed and is being built to Passive House standards. This project represents a long-time vision of the town to add sorely needed, well-located, well-designed affordable housing to their community.
Completion date: July 1, 2022
