Engaging Haycon as a Pre-Con partner helps identify where lead times, procurement, etc., may affect project scheduling and cost. Working from your drawings, we will help prepare estimates, provide value engineering analysis on materials and systems to help offset escalating costs, and identify any deficiencies or inconsistencies in the architectural plans. Setting the correct path to proper constructability is critical, and screening for omissions or other specification shortcomings will provide peace of mind.
